Once aboard our boats, you can scan two QR codes displayed inside the boat with your smartphone for free and enjoy a translation in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and German. Don't forget your headphones or earbuds ;)

Regulations and restrictions

All our boats are authorized to transport passengers and visit the Calanques within the National Park. These regulations allow us to limit the impact on the natural and cultural heritage of the Calanques and protect the unique character of this area.

If you wish to continue exploring the Calanques National Park by foot, you can find all the regulations and helpful tips "here".

Best time to visit

The summer period from May to the end of September is the hottest and sunniest, but on the downside, it's also the busiest. So don't hesitate to come and discover our region the rest of the year to enjoy the peace and beauty of the area.

Winter Outings?

During the winter season, sea excursions are offered daily, depending on demand and, most importantly, weather conditions.

Weather: How to know if the excursions are possible?

Excursions are canceled in case of strong East/Southeast or South/Southwest winds and in the presence of swell. They may also be modified or canceled in case of strong mistral winds. We post the daily schedule and weather forecast on Facebook and Instagram, so check out our social media!

Swimming and Safety

Swimming is only possible with our "3 Calanques + Relaxation Stop" tour and when chartering a 12 or 35 places boats. Swimming takes place in the open sea, and all landings on land are strictly prohibited. Only those who know how to swim are allowed!

Wheelchair/Persons with Reduced Mobility and Stroller Accessibility

Strollers are permitted on board, and wheelchair users are welcome on our boats under certain conditions:

Wheelchairs must be manual (there is no gangplank, but two steps to access the boat; the crew will assist you from the dock to the boat).

We can only accommodate two wheelchairs at a time for safety reasons (we must allow other passengers free access to move around the boat).

Only larger boats can accommodate wheelchairs (these are generally the ones that offer the longest tours). Please contact us for details.

During the summer season, it is essential to avoid the 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm time slot, as the dock is too crowded to move around easily and access the boats. Instead, we recommend visiting between 10:30 am and 11:00 am.

Excursion Reservations and Prices

Reservations for the 3, 5, 8, and 9 Calanques tours are not required. You can purchase tickets directly at the ticket office on the day of departure. For the 3, 5, 8, and 9 Calanques tours, reservations are possible online, subject to weather and availability "book online".

Reservations for groups of more than 20 people and private boat charters are highly recommended! For groups of more than 20 people and private boat charters, please contact the boat owners directly by email or phone "list here".

The "3 Calanques + Relaxation Stop" tour does not require reservations; tickets are available on the day of the tour directly at the ticket office.

9 Calanques Circuit

Outside of the summer season, this tour is subject to certain conditions (weather/sufficient group size). Check our social media for availability on the day.

Calanques access by boat vs by foot

We do not organize drop-offs or drop-offs in the Calanques National Park. To enjoy certain beaches, such as En Vau or Sugiton, you must walk (permits and information are available on the Calanques National Park website). Exploring the Calanques National Park by boat or by foot are complementary experiences, as discovering the calanques from the sea or by land offers two very different perspectives.

Are pets allowed on board?

Your four-legged companions are welcome on board our boats, only Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted. Each owner is, of course, responsible for supervising their pet to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Parking and Transportation Options in Cassis

Cassis is a small village that quickly becomes overcrowded during peak season. The municipality has set up a paid shuttle service (€1.70/person) from a free out-of-the-way parking lot "Le Parking des Gorguettes" to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors. We recommend this practical and economical solution! Map of Cassis with all parking locations listed here: "Map of Cassis"

What to bring?

In summer: Hat, cap, or other headwear, because even though there is shade on our boats, the sun is strong in the south! Also bring water and sun protection for your body.

In winter: Depending on the weather, it can be cool or even cold at sea, so bring warm clothing and preferably windproof/rainproof gear.

For private charters, please check with the boat owner when making your reservation.

Toilets on board?

Depending on the boat (ask at the ticket office when purchasing your tickets), they are reserved for emergencies only. Free public toilets are available next to the ticket office, or pay toilets (during the summer season) on the beach promenade (1 minute from the dock).

Cancellation/delay and refund?

Tickets purchased on-site are refundable only in case of bad weather resulting in the cancellation or modification of the tour. Tickets are non-refundable in case of delays resulting in a no-show for boarding.

Payment methods?

You can pay by: credit card, cash, or holiday vouchers (digital or paper) directly at the ticket office. For online bookings, payment must be made 30 minutes before departure at the ticket office.

Environmental and Ecological Measures

We are proud to offer our boat trips from the small port of Cassis, and we are aware that our location in the heart of the national park demands a high-quality visitor experience and exemplary practices in terms of clean transportation: reducing noise, odors, water pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting sustainable mobility. We therefore offer our tours aboard 5 hybrid diesel/electric boats in a fleet of 15 boats, and we have also decided to reduce our cruising speed to decrease our fuel consumption and CO2 and other pollutant emissions.

Are food and drinks sold on board?

We do not sell food on board our boats. Some crew members offer water; please inquire at the ticket office.
